First all of, we must explain why there is no telephone number for contact. The reason for this is that basically, when our telephone number was present, we was inundated with telesales phone calls from numerous companies we have no interest in at all. This was taking up the time of the day to day running of the business, and deflecting us from dealing with matters or queries that our customers may have. However, email enquiries are in general answered within 1 hour, depending on the number of enquiries and workload for our staff at any given time. So either the day monitoring staff or the evening monitoring staff will always reply within 12 hours. As we have said, all our sites are monitored and manned 24/7. But we do guarantee that all enquiries will be dealt with within 12 hours on a 24 hour basis. Also, some enquiries can only be explained or sorted out through a telephone conversation with yourself so in these cases, we will ring any customer back. (As long as they are not telesales).
